Please note that due to changes in the 3 fragment Gateway cloning reaction provided by Invitrogen our plasmids are no longer compatible. Instead, the Gateway vectors can be used to make the DiCre vectors by amplifying the relevant sections (and complementary overhangs) by PCR and assembling using Gibson Assembly.
